"Outstanding vocal ability is apparent and constant throughout"

  Asserting its significantly high level of talent from the start, this album promises to be substantial. Fresh new talent straight from the Midlands, the music business has ascertained a rare virtuoso especially in Kev Bayliss, vocalist. His outstanding vocal ability is apparent and constant throughout the entire album; with very rhythmic guitar work to back this, what more could you want? Although "Kung Fu Master" has a different mood/theme to the rest of the album, this compliments the other tracks and boosts overall morale.
The backing vocals, however, can be a little inaudible at times on some tracks which is one of the few flaws on the album but with such exceptional vocals, this is just a minor oversight.

All elements merge well and compliment each other throughout; the drumming is not as dominant or overpowering as it can sometimes be on other albums which is a key item in creating a successful album which he has clearly done here. It is certainly off the beaten path of some of the more general music you hear now which is very much one of its strengths. This is the perfect album to have on most of the time throughout the day, even if it is just as backing music to boost your day; it would be quite easy to become addicted to this album.

The guitar solo during "Quicksand" does not quite keep in tone with the rest of the song but it has a good rhythm and does add some depth to the track.

This album is sophisticated yet I can say, with all certainty, that it shows pure potential. It is a huge accomplishment for Kevin Bayliss and I hope that this is the start to a great music career.
