Singing Children attempt Guinness World Record

Hopes more than 150,000 children will attend in 2012

In Fit4Talent's hometown of Milton Keynes, 14 schools from the area have signed up for a Guinness World Record attempt at the most number of people singing at once, the event is taking place on the 8th February 2012 and is being organised by "SignHealth", a National Healthcare Charity for Deaf people.

This attempt comes despite SignHealth already holding the record, which they set at the "Sign2Sing 2011" event held earlier this year, in which a total of 94,489 children attended, smashing the previous record of 13,418.

The Chief Executive of SignHealth "Steve Powell" said "More than 500 schools have signed up so far and we're delighted 14 in Milton Keynes are involved in the event too".

Steve said that news is spreading fast and he hopes more than 150,000 Children will attend in 2012, helping set a new record and generate some additional funding for a great Charity.

We'll shortly be bringing you details of how you can sponsor and help this fantastic charity.
