Ceglia who has now gone through a series of lawyers, has now hired a new lawyer to act on his behalf.
Back in June 2010, Ceglia filed his first claim against Facebook, and at the time he was claiming 84% ownership, Ceglia was even reported to have passed a polygraph test.
Back in 2003, Ceglia claims he hired Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg to develop a website "StreetFax" for him, and at the time, Zuckerberg had offered Ceglia 50% of Facebook in return for $1,000 with Ceglia being given an additional 1% for each day that the "StreetFax" website was late being developed.
If Ceglia wins his case, he could be transformed into a multi-billionaire overnight.
