Fans have been asked to submit a 60-second video about themselves, before they get the chance to show off their moves in front of the star.
The competition is part of year two of Smirnoff's Nightlife Exchange Project, an ambitious global campaign that will seek to unite the globe for one big party later in the year.
As part of the campaign, fans from across the globe are being asked to swap their best nightlife experiences on social networking site Facebook.com to create the "world's biggest nightlife exchange".
The Queen of Pop will appear at one of the Nightlife Exchange events on November 12th, where she will judge a shortlist of dancers. The exact location has yet to be confirmed, although it could well be somewhere in Britain. Meanwhile, 50 parties will also occur simultaneously in different countries.
Madge says, "What attracted me to the Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project is the combination of participating in the celebration of nightlife around the world and the opportunity to discover the world's best unknown dancers. The best dancers are always in the clubs looking for the most original experience, just like Smirnoff is doing".
You can upload footage of your dance routine to the event's Facebook page, and after this a shortlist will be created. The winner of the dance contest will get the chance to perform on the singer's next tour.
