Jaeger-LeCoultre present The Queen with Special Gift

The Diamond Jubilee Pageant was held in the private grounds of Windsor Castle

As the Official Timekeepers at Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee Pageant, Jaeger-LeCoultre celebrated the 60 years by giving the Queen a 101 jewellery timepiece, similar to the Jaeger-LeCoultre piece she wore at her coronation in 1953. It was presented to her by Jaeger-LeCoultre's Chief Executive Officer Jérôme Lambert.

Jérôme said to the Queen "The entire family of Jaeger-LeCoultre is particularly proud to see the 101 in the Royal collection again", she was said to have marvelled at the piece and its minute proportions as it was being presented to her.

The Diamond Jubilee Pageant was held in the private grounds of Windsor Castle in the evening of the 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th of May, a major event marking The Queen of England's 60-year reign where over 550 horses and over 1,000 Musicians, Dancers and Performers mark the occasion with a spectacular show.

On the Sunday, a special performance took place in front of The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh, with performances from musician Abigail Washburn, singer Susan Boyle and violinist David Garrett, the evenings narrators included Martin Clunes, Alan Titchmarsh, Dame Helen Mirren and Sanjeev Bhaskar.
