Hillary burst into laughter as the man, who was scantily clad, sprinted past holding a lit torch as she was being photographed with the chief executive of Hong Kong.
The man was Chester Centino who works at the Hilton village in Hawaii where press shoot was being held. It was later explained that Chester was lighting Tiki torches placed around the village as he has been doing for seven years. He saw no reason to stop preforming his duty just because Mrs Clinton and the Hong Kong executive were present.
