Annette who played the iconic and much loved Character Foxy Cha Cha DiGregori in the 1978 movie Grease staring John Travolta and Olivia Newton John, had been suffering with cancer after only being diagnosed a few months ago.
Annette enjoyed a successful TV career, playing roles in shows such as Magnum, P.I, The Incredible Hulk and The Bionic Woman.
This shocking news comes just months after co-star Jeff Conaway, who played Kenickie in the movie Grease, was found unconscious at his home and died after spending more than two weeks in a coma.
