The awesome guys at MSN UK have exclusively revealed the trailer for new upcoming 3D animated comedy thriller Zombie movie "ParaNorman", set for international release on the 17th of August 2012 it features the voices of Kodi Smit-McPhee (Matching Jack, The Road) as Norman Babcock, John Goodman (The Flintstones, Coyote Ugly) as crazy town guy Mr Prenderghast, Leslie Mann (She's the One, The 40-Year-Old Virgin) as Norman's mom Sandra Babcock and Anna Kendrick (Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, The Twilight Saga) as Norman's big sister Courtney.In ParaNorman, a small town comes under siege by zombies. Who can it call? Only misunderstood local boy Norman, who is able to speak with the dead. In addition to the zombies, he'll have to take on ghosts, witches and, worst of all, moronic grown-ups, to save his town from a centuries-old curse. But this young ghoul whisperer may find his paranormal activities pushed to their otherworldly limits. Following LAIKA's groundbreaking Academy Award-nominated animated feature Coraline, ParaNorman is only the second stop-motion animated feature to be made in 3D.
The movie has been directed by Sam Fell (The Chump, Flushed Away) and Chris Butler (Corpse Bride, Coraline) who also wrote the movie's screenplay.
