In the game Hollywood Glam Marilyn Monroe takes form as a 1960s-era spy, while Rock 'n' Roll Elvis Presley stars as a Doctor, just as he appeared in his role as Dr. Carpenter in the 1969 musical drama "Change of Habit", which was also Elvis's 31st and final film acting role.
The creators of "Retro World" Entertainment Games will now be going head to head with the likes of Zynga Games, who currently own 50% of the £ Billion casual 'free to play' games market, which experts claim is set to double to around £4 Billion by 2013.
The president of Entertainment Games, Gene Mauro said "We think the new generation of gamers is the 40+ crowd, and they don't want games that look like Saturday morning cartoons. They want something that appeals to them visually, and has actual game-play at the core. Story-driven adventure games helped advance the game industry forward 20 years ago, and we believe what is old is new again".
Here at Fit4Talent we wish Entertainment Games all the best with their "Retro World" game, and we look forward to trying it out soon.
