David visited the Turtle Back Zoo (www.turtlebackzoo.org) in New Jersey as a kid,and got a chance to ride one of the tortoises. He recently expressed that "it was a very magical experience and I always wanted to take care of some of my own." He plans on welcoming these incredibly docile giants to Musha Cay and the Islands of Copperfield Bay with a wonderful tortoise habitat, which was designed by Copperfield himself.
