Back from their amazing headline performances at Glastonbury and T In The Park this year, British Rockers Coldplay have announced they will play several arena gigs in December this year, kicking off at the SECC in Glasgow on the 3rd December and finishing off at the O2 World Arena in Berlin on the 21st of December.

The gigs have been announced in conjunction with the release of their 5th album titled "Mylo Xyloto" which is set to be released on the 24th October this year.

Coldplay are also one of the bands who are due to perform at Novembers "Children In Need Rocks" in Manchester this year and only recently Coldplay were crowned "Best Festival Headliner of 2011" by BBC 6 Music.

The band have also announced that the track titled "Princess Of China" on their forthcoming album will feature vocals from Rihanna.

Coldplay will play;

SECC in Glasgow on the 3rd

MEN Arena in Manchester on the 4th

O2 Arena in London on the 9th

Bercy in Paris on the 14th

Lanxess Arena in Cologne on the 15th

Ahoy in Rotterdam on the 17th

Sportpaleis in Antwerp on the 18th

Festhalle in Frankfurt on the 20th

O2 World Arena in Berlin on the 21st.

Tickets for the Coldplay gig on on sale at 9am on Friday 23rd September.
