Bruce Lee Memorabilia goes up for Auction

Including a coat was worn by Lee in 1973 for the filming of Game of Death

Several items of Bruce Lee Memorabilia went up for auction in Hong Kong, including a fur-lined coat worn by Bruce Lee.

The coat was won by US couple Silvana and Greg Manning, of which they paid £47,000, they said it was "a unique item and a memorabilia for an iconic figure". The coat was worn by Bruce Lee in 1973 for the filming of Game of Death, the film still remains unfinished as Lee died later that year at the age of 32, and it sold for almost nine times the expected price.

Twelve other items, including a letter and a name-card went under the hammer.

The items were sold by a private collector who sold what was the largest Bruce Lee Memorabilia collection in the world.
