Brazil have also got to build some huge developments including roads and airports

Brazil have already started counting down to the 2014 World Cup, 1,000 days before it hosts the football tournament.

President Dilma Rousseff launched the event at a stadium in Belo Horizonte alongside the footballing legend Pele, who is Brazil's World Cup ambassador.

Even though there have been many difficulties and delays, Ms Rousseff promised that the stadiums and other required structures will be ready in time. The tournament starts on 12 June 2014.

Before then, Brazil must build or upgrade 12 stadiums, many of them are behind schedule and over budget.

Brazil have also got to build some huge developments including roads and airports so that fans can travel across the large country that it is.
